I waited days for a package. It was finally delivered to the wrong address despite my detailed directions and they were supposed to call me. Now someone else has the product I paid for. FedEx employees don't want to work. I do,hire me.

My package arrived at this facility last Thursday. Driver drives up to my home o Friday and goes into the back of his truck while I am in front yard. Comes out of truck and tells me “I guess your package wouldn’t fit, so it will be on overflow truck later today or tomorrow (Saturday) nothing Saturday. Today says once again “on truck for delivery “ as it has Thursday,Friday, Saturday. Just changed from Delivery by the end of today to “new date pending” This facility is 6 miles from my home. Fed Ex is absolute garbage.

I NEVER get my packages on time or AT ALLL!!! Then I have to PAY EXTRA $$$ because your delivery driver couldn't do his job in the first place! I will be report this location to BBB.

Never called prior to delivery attempt forcing me to pick up. Called for directions and said I was on the way, arrived at the gate at 9am and was informed they don't do pickups until 10...I was NOT told this on the phone just an hour earlier so a manager had to be called on site to ok it. Staff on site were great but the manager on the phone previously and lakisha blocker have the worst customer service skills imaginable! This is the third issue in 2 months. Recommend shipping through another carrier if at all possible.

I did some repair work there and the employees were nice and very accommodating. While I was there working, I did have a delivery to pick up and of course the service was. This location does a great job at representing the company and the brand.

My package has been in this facility for 2 months I call nonstop and customer service is rude and keeps hanging up on me. This is the worst company to ship anything to and they keep losing all of my packages.

I just finished talking to someone at this location (or maybe it was a call center?!)....I don't need to add anything here right now because I'm too angry, upset, and frustrated. Just read all the other 1-star reviews, it's all true!!! The ONLY 5-star reviews are from employees of FedEx. I will add that I will NOT do business with anyone anymore that uses FedEx for shipping until FedEx gets their s**t together!!

4 packages have been sent to other facilities after arriving to Bessemer and still not delivered. They have been marked falsely as delivery attempt made. All packages have been at this facility for over 15 days or shuffled around by Fedex. Customer support is telling me that the facility will contact me about my packages and they have not. If you have options to use another shipper do so!

If I could give negative results I would!!! I will never order anything from this day forward if the company uses FedEx to deliver. This Bessemer location has the most incompetent people working there I’ve ever saw. Weeks have passed and they have no idea when I will get my package. I even ask could I send UPS there to pick it up. A very sorry place

My package arrive at the distribution center Wednesday at 2am was not delivered Thursday it said out for delivery never came I sat and waited Friday it was still back at the distribution center never dilivered now here is is Saturday and still sitting in the distribution center tried calling the main office the voice system was completely useless

I've had a package "pending in transit" hung up at this distribution center for three days. No one can give me any idea when it will be delivered. This is the second consecutive package over the past several months that has been significantly delayed with no help from the company. I seriously doubt I'll use FedEx again.
