The day is 7/3/24, was waiting for my delivery that was suppose to come between 10am and 230pm, last know location of driver Bessemer AL, got a email at 1245 saying attempted delivery but no one was home, again last know location was in Bessemer al, I live in homewood Alabama, never left, called customer service no help could completely care less, just told me the next date it would be delivered

I appreciate your delivery personnel putting my package on my front porch since I'm handicapped instead of putting it in the usual place on the ground out by the vehicles around the back. Thank you I wish y'all would always put it on the front porch since I'm handicap

I think this company is the most dishonest, unreliable, and irresponsible company I've ever dealt with. I have been awaiting a package for five days and sitting at home due to it needing to be signed for the driver marked undeliverable two days due to no one being which is totally untrue and then I called every day asking the status. The company stated that it was a glitch in the system is why it was marked that way and then when I contacted the company in which I bought the product they stated they couldn't refund they money because FedEx tried to deliver it. I believe this is a tactic from FedEx in order to not refund shipment money. The other three days they stated to me they didn't have enough drivers to complete shipments I even agreed to meet at a mutual shipment location in my town. This company is just ridiculous and if I had any way of telling who my product was shipping from I would in no way by a product shipped by FedEx ever!

I only wish the driver would put my package where it is not near the steps in the open for any one to walk by and pick it up! Wish they would at least ring doorbell and I will know that they have been here!
