An employee that was delivering a package for Fed Ex Ground hit my vehicle with the Fed Ex delivery truck and then left without telling me. My 2015 Mercedes Benz c300 was tore up and the employee for Fed Ex just left. Thank God for the neighbor receiving the package taking pictures. I have gotten no response reaching out to Fed Ex Ground. Please someone contact me. It shouldn’t be this difficult to get someone on the phone. How am I gonna get to work?

Said they delivered my tires and haven’t I’m still waiting on a response they need someone we can talk to locally bc their drivers are horrible and my tires needed me to sign and they signed for it themselves and haven’t delivered my product

Received notification that a package was delivered. But, I never received it. If it were, in fact, delivered, it was not to my front door as stated in the tracking information. Poor service.

Shipment has been delayed 3 days now because of lazy, worthless, lying drivers. 1st day the reason for non-delivery was that the business was closed - it was not - we are open until midnight. A straight out lie, 2nd day the reason was that WE requested a delay - we did not, Another lie. Today the reason was the same, that WE requested a delay, we did not. Another lie. This local FEDex operation is a complete joke. Staffed by worthless, lying, lazy idiots.

I waited for two shipments to be delivered for several week. I finally got a notification that they were shipped. These packages were the same order and shipped at the same time. I finally received a notification they would be delivered today. My notifications said both packages would be arriving. I only received one. After checking, I was sent a notice that the second package would arrive next week. Evidently it was not put on the truck with my other package or someone forgot to put it on the truck in the morning. I want a refund on my shipping cost. I use several shippers, but FedEx is the worst.

For the last 2 years, 60% of the packages shipped to me FedEx ground thru this facility were late or lost. I'm not sure why this location is so bad. I have lost all trust that they can deliver anything other than broken promises.

This place is absolutely aweful! Everytime I get a package through this facility it shows up late, or no one knows where it is for days. If there are any lawyers out there, can we please get a class action against this facility.
