This store says open at 9 am but every time and this is the 4th time Ali have been after 9 am with employees there but not opening the store . Other customers waiting outside as well not good business at all…

Family Dollar Store was okay I found everything that I needed in the store however I feel that the need too have a armed security guard at this location because they have been robbed on a number of times.

Thank you Latoria & Stacy for the excellent service it's hard to find people of this high caliber and I appreciate them I am a man taking care of a autistic grandchild and we do not get help from the government and they keep giving us blessing after blessing these are awesome people God bless you all and thank you !!!!!!

Absolutely the rudest person there. I asked her if they accept Apple pay which they do. Gave ne a complete attitude and rolled her eyes while saying "I dont know what to tell you" I get its bessemer but try not to be such a bitter rude person and help people out ? Im carrying a baby trying to buy diapers and all you have to offer is an attitude. And lie about the other computers being down. Im disgusted with the people they hire.

The rudest store I have ever been in. It’s like they don’t want you there. I went in to buy batteries I nicely asked the woman running the register where her batteries were and she just looked at me blankly. I repeated and asked where the batteries were. She nodded in a general direction. I finally found them and took them to check out she told me how much and gave here cash. Never said thank you just turned around and ignored me. I had already said I wouldn’t be back but you can bet the farm I sure wouldn’t now. Oh I was the only person in the store……

I hate to give even one star. I literally live 5 mins from this location but I'm absolutely willing to(& I do) drive 15mins out of my way to go to dollar general. This Location Is & Has Always Been Awful(staff & inventory) since DAY ONE!!!
