Went to the family dollar in Bessemer they have a lot of good deals on prices first time going in there and I loved it friendly people it's a nice place to shop for house hole product's everything is right in your face. I would go back. Parking wasn't a problem.

Highly rude! The manager is terrible, nasty attitude, will threaten you because her job isn't done! She had long black and pink braids as of sep 27, 22 around 2:30pm.

Went to this location to get some snacks and had the most horrible customer service ever. The cashiers didn't even acknowledge me to tell me to come up to the register. I asked about a product and once again she (ERICA IS WHAT SHE SAID HER NAME WAS) was very rude. Once I was ready to check out I told her that I needed to enter my card in manually and in a very nasty tone she asked what did I say and because I have my mask on I spoke a little louder. That's when she called herself getting offended and said they will get me on the next register and then she said she will not be serving me and to leave. The majority of the family dollar employees(not all) are very disrespectful. Family dollar around the state totally sucks. Then when I called the complaint line the automated system wouldn't let me leave a complaint. Between the horrible customer service and recalls they should be closed down

Damien the store manager gave me balloons to take to West Hill Health and RehabFor every dollar someone donated a balloon went to a nursing home.Well through Jesus, I know quite a few people in various places. It was kind and thoughtful of you guys to do something so spectacular, for the ones that do not get to get out or have any visitors. I'm pretty sure it put smiles on quite a few..Thanks again.. God bless.

They have good staff members, finally. But the shelves are always empty. When things are affordable they move fast. Stock up Family Dollar so your customers will have a variety of items. "Very Slim Pickens". Also, put prices on items, I get tired of the guessing game.
