Went there for passport pictures to be taken. The lady who took my pictures, had nails which were 1 mile long and she could barely get to click the camera properly. Wouldn’t even tell me to be ready. Took really bad pictures didn’t let me look at them to approve and printed them out. Very unprofessional and rude. I expected better. Wish I could give no stars.

If I could give no starts that's exactly what I would do . This is the worst and rudest bunch of people I have ever in my life had at a pharmacy. I have never liked these stores and customer service is supposed to be a halfway decent experience u would think people work hard for there money people r sick and need there medicine people like me choose to go to these places we choose to spend our money here but this will be the last damn dollar I ever spend at a CVS u all suck Ur pharmacy is rude ,absolutely stupid, save ur self the aggravation go to the mom n pop small business pharmacies if you want to be treated nicely where people actually appreciate your business.

The staff in the pharmacy was knowledgeable and professional. They helped me with getting my medications transferred to the right location. They even checked to make sure they were the right medications and if there were any refills needed. The young lady took time to help me with all I needed to do. I appreciate all that had to be done to establish my account for my new location and home in Bessemer.

Call 3 time to get my prescription from the pharmacist, and they all acted like I didn’t call not even once do not recommend at all I wouldn’t even give 1 star if it was a option

Had 20 teeth pulled took 3 1/2 hrs to do at 8:30 pm my wife went in to get prescriptions filled the lady pharmacist told her it wouldn’t be today- drove across the bridge to Publix they had no problem filling them trying to get prescriptions filled these days at cvs and Walgreens is as bad as having teeth pulled it’s aggravating not to mention all the blood getting all over the car during the extra trips they are never friendly if your prescription says opioid of any kind no wonder people are taking chance on fentynol we can’t get our meds legally

I'm giving 3 stars only because of past workers and the ladies who usually work here . Your sign says you close at 10 pm I pulled up at 9:54 and the doors are locked and an employee walked by and ignored me standing there. Makes me not wanna come back!
