The worst customer service I have ever experienced when I arrived @9am the pharmacy still was not open when I asked what time quin stated she didn’t know what time they would open with an attitude very unpleasant and unprofessional the pharmacy opened 20mins later asked if my prescription was ready and I was told it would be in 2hrs only to return in 2 hrs and find out it’s still not ready and that I needed come back in 2 more hours last week I had to wait 6hrs ridiculous this will be my last time using cvs it takes to long for them to fill a prescription not to mention how everyone who works in pharmacy greets you with a look of why are here..

I’m here @ 9 AM. Pharmacy Tech not even here. Where they do that at????And one store tells me the other store has my meds, I get there and they don’t have them. Smh. I’m going back to Walgreens

The Pharmacy staff (2) on December 13th at 9am was impolite, ill- mannered, and unpleasant. Not to mention the Technician ate Sour Cream and Onion chips while she filled prescriptions. Unprofessionalism at its best.

I had an appointment with Walgreens pharmacy today for the annual flu shot. I was greeted and the associate notified the technician that I had arrived for my shot. I patiently waited for the technician to come back to get the necessary paperwork and 1 hour and 15 minutes later, I saw the technician preparing another patient for their Immunization. I went to the window to see what was going on and the associate explained to the technician that I was waiting for them to call me back to fill out the paperwork. Everyone acted surprised when I calmly asked them to cancel my appointment. I was not mad, so I had another appointment and drove a mile away to the CVS and went to the pharmacy and asked if I could get the flu shot, without an appointment. The associate asked for the necessary information and 10 later, I received my Immunization and purchased some sale items and was on my way to the house. Thanks CVS for your customer service. I'll get my Immunization with you in the future.

The pharmacy is horrible. One bad person makes the whole pharmacy look bad. Monica has such a bad attitude been going there for years and when it's time to consult she has no patience and the worst attitude ever..SMH

Pitiful..... Always takes hours for my prescription to be ready, im supposed to get the alerts or automatic call when ready somehow that has stopped, they won't even open the pharmacy due to the fact someone didn't come in to work the front of the store. They close when they feel like it and open when they want to
