Very rarely to you experience a flawless transaction with a business. Dealing with the entire team at Supreme Collision was just that. From my first visit to get an estimate to picking up my car everything was perfect. They made everything easy with great communication to timely repaired. I would highly recommend them.

I waited almost 4 months for them to order a headlight for my car. I have recently moved out of town and was told on 2 separate occasions that my part was in, subsequently making me travel over two hours, only for them to either not have the part at all or order the wrong light. When I finally went in for the repair, the lousy excuse they claim to be a receptionist, along with a random employee gave me the absolute worst attitude I have ever experienced in any place of business. After you repeated to inconvenience me multiple times for 4 MONTHS (note: this is nearly 2 months later than the estimate in which they claimed to be capable of fulfilling) you think it's okay to treat a customer with complete disregard and disrespect? No. They then called me not even one hour later to claim that the repair was complete- except it wasn't at all. They never bothered to view my record (assuming they even had one in the first place) or consult the man who had started repair on the three parts of my car (whom they had difficulty recalling the name of). If they had cared to keep ANY record of my car's make and model they also could have searched on the car company's website for the correct headlight (which we had and done just in case they had messed this up for a THIRD time) and prevented their sloppy efforts in ordering the part, a mistake which took them an additional month and a half to correct. At this point, they proceed to treat me like I have somehow burdened them. For THEIR cost and lack of service? Again, you could have viewed my record and easily seen the services that I required and had paid for. If I ever have to go through this an experience like this again (which I hope never happens) I'd never give this business the time of day. If that means going hours out of my way to deal with literally anywhere else, I wouldn't even hesitate. Who runs this place? Because it isn't the owner... around 35% of these reviews are (disproportionately) 1 star and address the same problems; poor communication and terrible experiences with customer service. Just a tip from someone who has worked in customer service for years: If you deal in a customer service industry that relies on dealing with people at a time of extreme inconvenience, maybe try not to make the experience more inconvenient; that goes for your staff AND the customer. While I would love to be even hastier than I have been at this point (and believe me, the earliest drafts of this review were downright nasty) I genuinely hope that you take something from the negative, but constructive feedback on your business practices and improve upon them. I would like to note/recognize whomever the man was that started the work on my car months ago (I believe his name may have been Juan). He is an amazing employee, and was the only positive part of this process, which is exactly why the rest of my time here was just so jarring.

Rip off! We're $1200 above 3 other estimates I got. They even tried to order the wrong bumper because it was the most expensive bumper but was not needed for my vehicle. Be careful...shop around!!!

My car has been repaired for a month, but the headrest is still broken. The repaired place is still missing a lot of screws. The exhaust pipe is very noisy. , also said it was the customer's problem and asked to pick up the car in advance, but it was not fully repaired. Why tell the customer that the car can be picked up? What a joke!

Such a shame. Started out good. Got my car back with a couple things broken and they said they won't fix it unless I pay it in full. Even though it was working when I dropped it off.Oh well just another typical experience in the automotive world I suppose.

Very disappointing. Relatively minor repair and was promised in and out in two days. Even spoke to owner after the supposedly guaranteed rental car wasn't available and was told to bring the car in at 7:30 am to make sure two days wasn't a problem. Car ended up in the shop for 5 days, after multiple problems with parts, coordination with vendor, etc. Would not use them again!

After many years in the Collision Industry, I was shocked by the unhelpful and rude treatment extended to me by the secretary at the front desk. I was attempting to pass on a request made by the insurance company. She boldly refused to assist or pass on the request. I felt like she put me in the middle. If no one has experienced this from her, it may have been a one-time occurrence. Definitely now a shining example of great customer service. Based on what I observed the day before I should not have surprised. Management should observe more.

They did an excellent job repairing and painting dents and scratches on my Tesla about 3 months ago. Recently there was a part hanging down at bottom of the front end. I stopped in at the Tesla store at Waterside and the manager told me it would be $600 to fix it. I stopped in to Supreme this afternoon and they fixed it for free - these guys are the best!!! Avoid Tesla service like the plague!

On the first day I was to head off to work, I had to get my car fixed instead as my car was scraped at the left rear over the weekend. My family found Supreme Collision when doing a search and was impressed with the reviews. On a Saturday after hours expecting to get the voice message for their hours during the week, much to my surprise a nice lady picked up when I called and gave me the information. I drove there on Monday morning and Dee Ann at the front was super nice and made me feel at ease. The owner JR attended to my car right away to assess the damages and even pointed out additional damage I had missed. Dee Ann was so kind to work me into their busy schedule so that I wouldn't have to come again. Then, JR drove me to get a rental car in the meantime. I have never experienced a more superb business-client relationship. They made me feel at home and taken care of despite the stress of the situation. I highly recommend without hesitation that everyone bring their vehicles here.

All I had to do was bring my car in, they took care of the rest. They work with your insurance company so they do all the work for you. They did an amazing job and was done in the time they said.

Most of these positive reviews are clearly fake. I was generally happy w the workmanship and they were generally pretty good with customer service. But they are awful at managing time expectations. After one week I called and nothing had been done to the car. I review alerts on my phone whenever the doors are unlocked or hood is opened etc. As soon as I called maybe ten minutes later my car was unlocked. They said it would be ready by the next Wednesday. I called but wasn't ready. And shortly after my car was unlocked again. They said it would be ready Thursday, then Friday, then the following Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, finally was finished on Friday morning. I didn't have a problem w waiting since I had a rental car. But most of these complaints are around waiting longer than expected. All other body shops had similar complaints. It seems to be part of the industry that things just get dragged out. Overall I am happy w the work just wish they had managed the time expectations better. Also, yes they claimed to have done a "detailing" which is a $300 value but that's bs. This lie needs to stop as other reviews had expressed the same issue. It was dusty and dirty from when I brought it in. They cleaned and vacuumed which I was happy with. Just don't say you detailed when you did not. But I'd still recommend them over other body shops which just have a much poorer record of customer service. At least they try to satisfy their customer. I can't say the same for the other shops in town.

After waiting years to have my Z3 painted I took it to this chop shop. I warn you don't believe a word these jokers say. They breathe greene slime in their sleep. Lie, lie, lie deceive and perform worse than average work.
