Every person that work behind the counter at 1:55p.m on 5/20/24 needs to be fired. They act like I was bothering them cause I had a question. White big girl rolled her eyes when she turned around as I asked her a question. Another associate with her arms folded said in a pissed off tone, did you put your number in? I'm like damn yall aight. It's self check out, circle k really don't need you all.

Filthy out side. Fuel stains, full garbage cans, litter everywhere, foul smell.The woman working near the restroom was rude, and loud , except when she was staring at her phone.

The restrooms and all the coffee makers are out of order. It appears that your employee doesn’t want to have to be bothered cleaning the restrooms or filling the coffee machines.

Crooks on fuel. How are they consistently .60-.75cents more than their competitors on diesel. I’ll never step foot in this store again. Oh but you can be a reward member and save.25 c per gallon but still not saving anything. Simple math people. I hate companies that do this. Update. Make it .95c cheaper 7 miles away. It’s $4.24 for diesel at circle k.

Bathrooms out of service due to plumbing issue. It would be awesome to put a sign on the front door instead of pushing shelves in front of it. Side doors were also locked. At 7pm. Had to walk around the building after I parked next to the locked door.

As bad of a gas station experience as the rude hoods could make. With the automated system, maybe just use trained animals.No circle Ks ever again, this is a management problem.

Horrible customer service at this location. You can walk in and not get helped for up to ten mins. It's actually much quicker when it's busy though. God forbid you walk in when it's not busy because you will find three workers sitting on chairs who all groan when they see you and then proceed to be Extremely rude throughout the transaction. Many times they will lie and say they don't have the product I'm trying to buy simply because they don't want to walk over to the cigarettes etc.The worst employee there is a man with bald head and glasses. I have been personally verbally assaulted and threatened by this man, and been witness to him doing it to other several times. When he gets called out for his bad behavior he claims to "know the owner", and claim "I own dat fool".So I guess the owner doesn't care about all the business he's losing. This station is the closest to my house, but now I go out of my way to go to Chevron so I can buy my gas, coffee, paper, and smokes in peace.TLDL: Rude, surly workers. Don't go in there if you want your morning routine to go well. Go to a different place. It'll save you time and a headache.

Heck started wandering up here more and more lately. Amazing location too. Just wish the other one had those mini fireballs thats the only reason I'm coming up here. $1 something and I'm good for a night. but a nice cashier did me a favor so here's ya'll's favor. Keep up the good store and good work. I'm about blind and ya'll never get cross with me. Thanks for the good service.

Terrible customer service. They won't address their customers. All they do is sit behind the counter and cackle at customers. They are extremely rude. The establishment isn't sanitary. They have no hand sanitizer and the bathrooms are always closed. And they serve food?!!!I even witnessed an aggressive employee threaten a customer. A woman a kid went in b4 me. The kid was getting tons of munchies, and I overheard thr mom state she had a medical condition and didn't feel well that she would to the restroom and assess her situation. The employee pulled her out of the bathroom pushed her out the door and proceeded to shove her to the ground. The boy dropped everything where he stood and went to aid his mother when the employee threatened bodily injury to him if he proceeded. After the hateful self entitled disgraceful poor excuse of a human being of an employee of the Circle K Family went back to her worthless post, I helped them to their car and followed them to the other gas station to help in any way i could. Another thing that's deeply disturbing is a police officer witnessed the incident and never even offered assistance to the customer.The other Circle K beside it is sooo much cleaner and nicer. Oh, they having working Johns.

Lady up front with her lace glue hanging off her head like a string had the worst attitude I’ve ever dealt with when it comes to customer service. On top of that both bathrooms were out of service.
