The entire service department staff is phenomenal! I’ve never had not even a single bad experience and I’ve been getting my vehicles serviced by them for atleast the past 7 years! I wanna give a shout-out to Quentin in the sales department, and Eric and Daniel in the service department. Y’all keep up the great work because it definitely deserves recognition!

Transaction was very smooth. Fred Kidd was AWESOME! He kept in constant contact with us the entire time with any updates. Called us the second our car was ready.

Customer service always great. I got oil change and tire rotation. Person changed my tire rotation put a dent in my rim on passenger back side. Didn’t have the courtesy to say anything about it. That’s not being professional . I’m really upset about it cause that’s not how you do business . BAD Business!!!Service: Tires

Don’t recommend going here I needed a 3/4 ton truck and they didn’t tell me what I needed till the end and said I couldn’t get the truck because I didn’t give the address they didn’t tell me I would need. They sold me a truck that was worse then my old truck and they knew the truck they sold me had issues and didn’t. Fix them before selling. Staff is unprofessional and when you need help they won’t answer your calls go to Hendrick Chevy in Hoover if you want a good vehicle and good staff and honest people
