purchased two tires from Brothers Tire on a Saturday morning around 10:00 a.m. paid $100 for two used. After jacking up the front end of my truck, the technician left to address new customers pulling in. After waiting on three of them in a row, he then went into the shop and started to change my tires. 45 minutes later my truck was back on the ground with two used tires. 20 minutes after leaving my front right tire was deflated and sitting rim on the ground. After reinflating the tire, I drove it back to Brothers Tire. After another half of an hour he said I was good to go and I returned back home. Sunday morning when I woke up my truck was rim on the ground again! They're closed on sunday, so here I am Monday morning late for work waiting for them to open to take this truck back to them again to fix this damn tire.

The service provided was satisfactory, but there were some concerns regarding the handling of my wheels, which are valued at $1,200 each. I observed an employee standing on the inside dish of the wheel, and the air hose was dropped on the face of the dish, leaving marks. I expect a higher level of care to be taken with customers' property, as we are paying for a service. If the company cannot provide a satisfactory level of service, then I will be forced to take my business elsewhere. I have given a rating of 2 stars only because the owner was courteous and polite, although he was not present on the day of installation.

Very unpleased. Better service on the backside with fixing and replacing tires. Wheels and Rims serviced sucked. I was told to come back on another day. Due to Granddaughter in front not there. Came back when I was told she had called in for work? Went to Raw wheels and tires. They charged no labor. And customer service, wheels, rims are a great price. They picked the right name RAW WHEELS AND TIRES! WISH I COULD UPLOAD MY RIDE. I GIVE THEM 5 STARS ??? THEY ARE THE BEST BY A LONG.... SHOT
