Weird experience this weekend. On Saturday I purchased a table and was told that it would be fine to pickup the following day. My husband shows up the next day and they can not find the table and tell him they think someone stolen it. This table was 5.5-6’ long...I call after I hear the news, and was told I would get a call back. I receive a text from them saying that they don't know what happened. I know they have cameras everywhere and my husband even said they were going to review the surveillance.Im heartbroken over that table, it was beautiful and it still makes me sick to my stomach to think about.We were given our money back.The whole situation felt wrong and sketchy. Don’t make my mistake and wait to pick up a purchase.

I love thrift shopping. For me, it is like a mini treasure hunt.. a way to unwind, That said, Big Saver Thrift Store is my favorite local haunt. I try to go at least once a week. If you have not tried it, you should.

It was ok there wasn't prices on ev everything.i bought a pair of shoes $14 I think was high bug the guy at the registered went asked the lady to come down he had to go to her 2 diffrent times bc know prices if He couldn't find in a book.she will look out to see who he's asking for.what dose it matter.u what may would came down if someone else.i bought the shoes bc there was a line behind me and I just wanted to go.but.i am very disappointed at how much prices has raised.thats why most of us shop at a second handed store.bc we are on hard times.and I could had went to Walmart got a new pair of shoes for that price. The prices are getting to high

Beware. I used to shop at this store when it was in Roebuck for many years when it was clean and well kept. Last few years it was still there I noticed roaches in the store. I went to the Bessemer store in 2021 and saw signs of bedbugs on bedding items. Did some research on this store, it is not a non profit store. Sales of items and donations are 90% profit and the most to charities is 10%.

Short blonde cashier who wears scrubs all the time is VERY rude, and should be fired IMMEDIATELY. As I was doing my transaction, she tries to push the buttons for me, and is very gruff. Prices are also too high for a thrift store. This cashier also acts like it's a burden to do her job
