When I walked in there was only 2 carts and they were stuck together. Thought this is gonna be a short trip, I found a cart as I walked around. On a clearance rack that had shirts there was one that was marked 12.99, that's the original price?there was 2 of them. I don't shop Big Lots that often because this store is just a mess.

This Big Lots has wonderful employees, always willing the help. The shelves are mostly always fully stocked with no boxes cluttering the aisles.

M the men bathroom is absolutely filthy. Total the cashier said she don’t go in the men bathroom. But there was at l least two guys there. One with a gaming controller in hand. This place don’t deserve any star.

Shelves are always messy, there's way more space in the store than products on the shelves. The store always looks like it's going out of business and this particular location doesn't have a baby section.

The staff whistled and waved at me to come to her. Did not respectfully call me over. You should know how to communicate with customers. You whistle at pets, not people.
