Even though I am an out of state buyer, I would recommend Benton Nissan of Bessemer to any of my family or friends looking to buy a new Nissan. From the minute I contacted the dealership everyone has been so nice, professional and responsive. Bryan Ayers was amazing to work with throughout the entire process, he worked diligently to negotiate a great and fair deal and responded promptly to any questions I had. Joe King in finance made that part of the transaction smooth as well. Everything was explained clearly and all documents were reviewed and e-signed with a few simple steps. This was the smoothest and least stressful car buying experience I have ever had and I never even had to leave my house! 10 out of 10 for Bryan and his team at Benton Nissan of Bessemer!

Carlos Harper is the best! We called him Saturday at 3:30 he got us approved in less than 2 mins. Got us in a beautiful 2024 versa that we love. He was very nice and professional and of course watched some Alabama football with my husband. We will definitely be back!

I had a great experience. I must say Miss Joesett was so attentive to my needs, she was so patient with me during my decision making on what vehicle I desired. I loved her calm spirit in walking it out with me. She wasn't going to let me leave dissatisfied. Thanks a bunch and I love my Nissan Kick. ?

It was great. Fred is awesome. Everyone was very polite.No one ever wants to hear that they have to do extra repairs, but it's nice to know that you can knock them all out at one place. I will say that the rotation and balance is a tad high. But other than that, I was satisfied. Please bring back car detailing. Thank you.

If I could give 0 stars then I would. I'm part of the 2022 settlement but did not receive notice until after the claim deadline. I drove down to the dealership where my repairs were done and spoke with the service manager. His supervisor, who was the district manager, was in the dealership that day, 8/29/2023, and personally told me that all I had to do was call consumer affairs with Nissan North America, and they would reimburse my funds. Foolishly, I trusted her and called the phone number and spoke to a representative, who, after gathering all of my information, advised there is nothing Nissan can do. So now, I am out 5400 for a transmission repair that I am fully eligible for reimbursement on.This place is crooked, the company is crooked, steer clear of Benton Nissan; you'll be doing yourself a favor.On a side note - I will never purchase another Nissan. These CVT transmissions already had one settlement on earlier models, and Nissan has continued, and will continue in the future, to put them in vehicles knowing that the transmissions will give out at around 80,000 or less miles and then bill you for every repair. Furthermore, when they repair/replace the transmission, they only give you a 12 month/12000 miles (whichever is first) warranty on it, which they know the transmission will last more than, but not long enough to justify the next repair you will inevitably have.Hope I help some people out and drive business away from this poor excuse of a dealership.

I visited with my friend who was window shopping, but the shopping ended there because he found just what he was looking for. As a side note, the salesman that helped him was great, knowledgeable, and patient landing his First sale as a brand new Benton Nissan salesman. His name is Andrew Kelly. Stop by and see him. Worse place ever! I purchased a 2011 Tahoe from them and was told that just the passenger door handle needed to be replace.I said ok I’ll replace the door handle. When I got home I noticed that the passenger tire rim was bent. A month after having the truck, the engine light comes on and other lights as well. So my finace took the truck to Tuscaloosa Chevrolet and they put the truck on the machine and he was told that the truck is in VERY bad condition. I called and told them, they said I couldn’t get my down payment back nor could I trade it in for something else. SMDH!

I got a truck from here and was promised alot of things like paint, gas card , help to repair egr because a light was reset to clear it and needless to say I haven't gotten anything.. I wouldn't purchase from this dealership.7-19-23Update on the promises that were made, still no gas card, no touch up paint. And no help on egr problems. This place is full of lies. Be very careful buying from here1

Fred Kidd went above and beyond customer service and answered all questions and concerns I had related to an issue with my vehicle. He was very informative and thorough and explained everything and I greatly appreciate his kindness and patience. He was able to fit me in for a last minute appointment on top of juggling multiple customers all on his own. He deserves a raise!

To Sarah she is such a wonderful soul very positive person to help you when you are in need. I was in contact with this company via email. and told one of the managers I would contact him as soon as I took care of some business which may take a couple of weeks. He said thank you and we will see you then. I then received a letter from "sales person" Joi Coke, and I told her the same thing. 2 weeks later, She sent me a email say to the effect, "I have some "openings this week for appointments, so LET"S make one so you can come by!" Another week goes by. So on yesterday, 17 May, 2023, my wife and I decided to go there, to make a purchase, (we are from Montgomery) the next day, 18 May, 2023. (Are you with me so far?") Now, the mail arrives late on the 17th, and my wife says, someone sent you 2 checks!. I looked, and before I opened them I told her, no one sends real checks and NOT put a return address on the envelope. The address to me said, ( "Pay to the order of)" and then my name and address. I opened them, and as sure as a male dogs pees on a tree, it was the COKE woman telling me to come in and ask ONLY for her. She also said I MUST contact her this week to take advantage of this HUGE opportunity and Saturday "slots" were filling up fast! I was also to receive a "chance" to win a $1000.00 gift card, and free oil changes! Wonderful. She finally said "Do not go online to submit an application, because it will "slow down" the process.' and if you decide to just "drop by" look for me, as my picture is on this letter. Well, I'll tell you what, in my OPINION, as a representative of Benton Nissan, you are misrepresenting the facts, you are involved in deceptive practices, and I will not buy anything from you, simply because I don't like GREASY tactics. After I retired from the air force, I sold cars at our local Chevy and Ford dealerships for a total of 23 years. We did some strange things to sell cars, but I NEVER lied to a customer or tried to make something from what it wasn't. In my opinion, Benton Nissan along with this COKE woman, can take this email, ball it up, soak in mayonnaise, then, well I believe I have made my point! I have turned the letters over to the proper people, and issued Benton a cease and desist from contacting me again. Go there if you want. It's YOUR money, and who am I to tell you how to spend it. Be safe Alabama, and do all you can to keep your children safe.
