When I came to this location I told them that I really wanted a Altima Moe kept pushing for a Sentra seem like its because that’s the car he had just recently wrecked it’s like he wanted me to be in a car he previously had. He tried to put me in the exact color he had & all I’m like dang can I pick the color I want at least . He got an attitude about that when I said that’s not the color I picked out just because I test drove this color does not mean I want the color that’s the car & color he brought to the side of the building and said we can go for a test drive. I told him that I was looking at a car at Jim Burke also it was a Altima & it came with free oil changes for life he tells me that the oil changes at Benton Nissan was only $25 like it wasn’t a big deal so that was one of the reasons that made me gone & get the car. He could have at least mentioned the oil change package that I could add on
since that was something I brought up but he didn’t. So busy trying to flirt I guess he couldn’t think properly. I really hate I didn’t work with another salesman & make a voice for myself now I’m stuck with a car I’m really not happy with & going to have to trade in smh . I really felt like I was rushed & pushed into buying this car. I wished I would have just waited on Jim Burke but I needed a car bad and they financial manager had some type of emergency but if i would have waited a day or so I could have been in the car i really wanted and have free oil changes. It’s a lot more I want to say but let this be a lesson don’t let a salesman put you in anything ask questions & make a voice for yourself because once you sign the paperwork it’s pretty much a done deal.

My experience with Benton Nissan was great. My salesperson Kenneth Chestnut provided exceptional customer service, was very knowledgeable about my purchase vehicle, and made sure that I was completely satisfied. I would definitely recommend him to my friends and family.

If yall have not been to this dealership you need to go and see Nicole in sales! She is absolutely the best she helped me with all my car needs and answered all of my questions. She is so fun to buy from and not to mention you get to look at her pretty blue eyes! If you need to buy a car go see Nichole in sales you won't regret it I promise!

Staff always friendly and explains what is required and only performs what you approve. Any problems found they will check with you before proceeding. I have never been disappointed with the service. Best service department I have encountered!!

I have used Benton Nissan of Bessemer on multiple occasions for servicing my vehicle. The service was top notch. I have also had the pleasure of meeting Alonzo Kennibrew while waiting for my car to be serviced. He was so pleasant, knowledgeable and willing to help. He introduced me to a sales person to discuss the potential for upgrading my vehicle. Because I loved my current car so much, I was not quite ready to make the new purchase move. I would recommend Benton of Nissan for service and all of your automotive needs.
