Called for roadside assistance at 1030, flat tire, flat donut. No big deal, I'm 2 miles from home. Dispatch says latest 11:15. No call, no email. No text. 11:15 come up, I call. Now it's 12:30-1. This is not acceptable service. The cops have come by twice to hassle me. All I can say is that "aaa said they would be here."I wouldn't even be mad if dispatch hadn't flat lied to me. If you tell me it's going to be x, I can wait for x and some change. But 2x or 3x is ridiculous.I've been a member for almost a decade now and really reconsidering this service at the moment.12:00 after an hour and a half with no tex, call or email, I called the tow office myself. They had none of the information I had given aaa dispatch twice already aside from my name and car, they even had the wrong location.According to the tow office, dispatch has been over promising regularly of late. Take that as you will.Stay tuned, more updates to come!12:30 contact! The tow guy finally called, eta 30 minutes. This flat tire 2 miles from my house might take less than 3 hours!

IwNt to give a niece who just moved to Nashville a AAA roadside assistance gift so I stopped in here because I wasn't able to do it online The clerk was very helpful. She gave me the number to call to set it up Piece of cake!

Would prefer not to complain on here but I could not find another forum to do so. I’ve used AAA on and off for 20+ years. I’ve always had good service. I initiated a roadside assistance call in Vestavia at approximately 1:50 CST. The original estimated time of arrival was 2:20, then that changed to 3:45 then 4:05. Its 4:15 and still no one has shown up. Someone did finally call and say they were on the way. By the time they get here it’s going to be close to 3 hours before someone shows up. It’s going to be hard for me to pull the trigger to renew my membership if this is the kind of service I should expect going forward.Update: 4:38 CST- still sitting here waiting

Policy is what it is. Got rear ended, and it took 5 days to get a claim number. I did try to get the claim office on the phone immediately at the scene, via the 24/7 "call and report immediately" number on the back of my insurance card.

Insurance is awful, I had an accident and because my car was at fault they didn't hesitate to total out my car because it was new. It took forever to get a response and when I did it was again a run around came. I cancelled my insurance policy because I found a cheaper and better quote, so I called in 08/2019 to cancel the insurance along with road side assistance. Now date all the way to 01/03/2020 $162.00 was taken out my account for road side assistance that was supposed to be cancelled in 08/2019. Let's not forget I was quoted a price of $95 dollars on a two year basic because of all the cars on the policy. I called them on the 01/3/2020 and 01/7/2020 and I'm getting the run around again I just want my money put back in my account for a membership that was cancelled last year. It takes them no time to reach in and get the money but takes 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS to give it back. Highly upset I would not recommend them to anybody.....

I've been a member 41 years and so glad! I never plan on cancelling my membership! They're so nice. The customer service to the guys that come to your rescue!
