Zero stars. Their service is horrible. The level of incompetency is amazing. If you try to call they used to just let the phone ring. Now there is an automated phone number that is ridiculous and starts over randomly so you can’t get anything accomplished. I wish everyone would use UPS

I've never gotten the wrong package, nor had a bad postman, but seriously, can you deliver before 8pm any day of the week? Are you guys hiring? Do you need help? I never see any ads. What's the issue? It's very inconvenient.

I went here for my 1st time in a long time. The woman behind the counter helping me was great. She helped me get the packages to their location at cheaper prices, but still at the times needed. I am very thankful for that.

If there was a zero I’d use it. The so called customer service at this PO and Stockton PO is terrible. They all act like you are bothering them. If your white and get a black clerk and ask them a question they just grunt. But they talk to black customers. One of the requirements to work at PO is to be rude and unfriendly. Sounds like Walmart but it’s the PO . I’m taking my complaints to Post Master General in Washington. Maybe if others would he would clean house

Why do I even get mail... They can't deliver packages it's either late/ lost or they don't deliver even when an address is on the package... I got a messages that said moving thru the network. ? Y'all are a waste. Lines are always long inside... They don't do anything...

my package was marked as delivered and called because i didn’t receive it and they said they couldn’t do anything about since it say’s delivered so THEY lost my package moral of the story ?

Wow. They are doing a lot of improvements to the looks of this office. Saw some new people working lately that are extremely helpful. It was a great experience.

Worst post office in the whole county. I have lived in Daphne and Spanish fort, now live off 225 in Bay Minette, I can honestly say worst post office in the county. Carrier came by on a Saturday we were home, but in the back yard and our dog was outside so the carrier refused to deliver the package, which was fine. Now they don’t even come down the driveway. They just put a slip in the mail box that says could not deliver b/c of dog even though the dog is put up.. we have a camera so we know they don’t even try to drop the package, and then when we go to get our packages at the actual post office, the office works are very rude, and would only give me the package with my name on it, and not my wife’s, b/c she wasn’t there with me. So she had to make a special trip to get her package. Horrible customer service, very disappointed.
