“Recently visited the store on Wednesday with my brother Mario who was switching to Cricket. We were greeted by an associate named Kayla who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The experience took longer than anticipated due to lack of cooperation from my brothers previous provider as well as system issues. Through the frustration, Kayla remained calm and professional. By the end of the business day, my brother was provided with new service and a new device that he was pleased with. Customer service can be a challenging environment but thanks to Kayla, our experience was memorable and pleasant. Thank you again Kayla. You rock!”
