Clerk needs to wake up and lisren. Fuel Rewards was not working at the pump. Had to go inside, told her I wanted 20 gallons of gas using a rwenty cent reward. She set me up for $20 of gas. Wasted a good shell discount. Would not correct her error, giving me the balance of 20 gallons at the discount.Very poor operation.
