I can't speak for anyone else on my experience and it was Horrible Customer Sevice. Very unprofessional. I thought it was very odd that when I first came there to purchase a unit she started asked me who I was related too. She seemed nice and nosey (at first) Which had NOTHING TO DO WITH RENTING SPACE. But I played along. My people been living there over 75 years plus. Hell, we have schools and roads named after us. I should have been asking her that question of who she was related too and where did they come from? I paid for 3 full month before the owner text me out of the blue and told me that she wanted me out of her storage unit on December 14th. I was told that the people in there felt "uncomfortable " with my stuff beinf there. What the hell does that mean? Yet I paid for the entire month of December. Funny all those months she had no issue takinf my money. It was no sense of arguing with this woman. She wasnt goinf to waste my time or energy. She accused me of having something that had a odor in her storage unit. I never knew what she was referring too. And even when I brought the movers there they never smelled anything. So I knew she was lying.And to be honest do not care. I would never recommend anyone to store anything there. Shady and uncouth is my opinion. I truly believed that she had someone she knew who wanted that space and she picked me out of all those folks storing. I didn't get a refund for the 2 weeks I had paid. I had my things moved out of there. ASAP. I refuse to spend my money where I am not wanted. Period. End of discussion.I have never been so disrespected as a customer in my life. Any self respecting company would have sent a certified letter or made a simple phone call. But I relaized the caliber of people I was dealing with so i didn't expect professionalism. And talk to the customer like that. Made me think she was too comfortable. This chick decided to send unprofessional text messages to me. I had to threatened this woman with legal action and block her from communicating with me in that way to get her to stop.
