Prices are reasonable. The only downside is they don't do walk ins. But you won't be disappointed! They are very informative on hair care and they take their time with each customer. I highly recommend them.

My usual beautician has not been able to fit me in. I drive by this place often and decided to give them a call to see if they had anyone who was familiar and willing to work with my African American hair. I was able to get right in. I was blessed to be able to work with Wendi who jumped right in and did exactly what I asked her to do. She was warm and welcoming and very gentle. I love the scalp and neck massage at the shampoo bowl and how well she did with my hair and making sure it was what I wanted before I left. I had a coupon so I decided to buy one of the Kevin Murphy products used in my hair. Overall I loved the front desk service and knowledge she had to fit me with the perfect stylist. I will definitely book my next appointment with Wendi! I don't have any bad things to say other than I would have liked to know more about the products used and what they do for my hair but it really was a good experience.

It was my first time going to this place today and I can honestly say that my stylist was one of the best I’ve had yet. Nicole was so sweet, helpful, and accommodating. She was thorough, made sure I was happy with my high lights and length of my hair. I got exactly what I was looking for. She did an amazing job.

The hair stylist did not do what I asked and inserted suggested something she thought would look nice and it didn't I cried and she hardly spoke the whole time. Very uncomfortable I would not recommend I have been 4x and only once have they did what I asked and the 3 other times always tried to talk me in to something I didn't want or like I wanted red hair and blonde bangs but I left with a color correction it was awful.

I need a new salon since moving here from out of state. I'll keep this short as I can. I loved how close I lived to them. That's about it. I selected a stylist from online. From the time I got called back to discuss my hair, me pulling up the pic to show her, the wash, the haircut itself, and a blowdry, was an entire 30 mins, start to finish. The stylist missed an entire section. Cut it inches shorter than I wanted, made it lopsided, looked nothing like my picture, and was just overall, bad. I didn't realize until later that night, playing with my hair how bad it was. (had a sinus migraine that day, went home and napped for a few hours, didn't play with my hair before leaving). I called that evening and they were closed. So I sent a text. I got a reply at 10am the next morning to come back in between 11:30-1 for the same stylist to fix. after thinking about it all night, I decided not to go back in. I just had my daughter cut the long pieces and I'm waiting for my hair to grow to fix it, b/c it's already too short. I paid $60 for the haircut and a 20% tip. $72 bucks. 30 mins, bad haircut. no call from the manager or owner. I just wanted an apology and maybe that the stylist had been talked to. I didn't even want a refund.

I just recently moved back to the area and wanted to treat myself so I booked blindly on the website not knowing anyone or ever even been there. I went with Hailey. And I'm so glad I did! She was amazing with me and super knowledgeable. I have a special circumstance with my hair and recent health and she was straight with me and knew exactly what to recommend and how to help me along on my hair journey. I received a beautiful cut and all over color as well as a deep conditioning treatment. She also introduced this shampoo snob to a new line of products and I'm so happy I did. Not only does it smell amazing it feels better then anything I've used recently. Already booked my next appointment and I will definitely be scheduling my girls with Hailey as well.

Everyone was so friendly and welcoming as soon as you walk in. Jennifer was so nice and helpful. Made me feel so comfortable. She also did an amazing job with my hair. I wish I knew about this place sooner

Wendi Anthony did my daughter's hair and I would honestly say she is a hair artist. I have never seen my daughter look so beautiful! My husband and son asked if she had her makeup done as well because she was truly glowing. Not only is Wendi excellent at her craft, she made my daughter feel comfortable and cared for. This is a combination that is difficult to find. The experience was positive from beginning to end. I'm truly thankful that we found Wendi!

Normally we have a good experience at Lavish Salon. I go online, choose a stylist that has an opening and my daughter gets a haircut. Buyer beware. The previous trip was a bust. The stylist can wash hair but didn't know how to cut a bob so my a trim it was. Paid the full amount. We rescheduled with a different stylist a few weeks later. The new stylist was nice to my daughter but very rude to me. The cut was nothing special and we paid another $60 with no wash. If you choose a random person with an opening, you may want to make sure that person knows what they are doing before spending $120+ tip for inexperience and rude customer service.
