I witnessed poor customer service to a Blind man this morning when dropping my fiance off. This man was treatly poorly and denied passage with his service dog. No matter the situation a great customer service rep would have tried to help the situation and not ignore it. Absolutely appalling

Only reason 1 star because wasnt 0 star.
Refund nightmare. Get a different timeframe every time i call. 7-10 days. 3-5 days.
6-8 weeks. No call center in the U.S. go figure.
