Don't understand the mentality of the pricing. With sales tax and surcharge you are actually paying around 18% OVER the price on the shelf for groceries. Why not cut to the chase and do away with the "plus 10% surcharge" gimmick? Also,
upon several visits there is a certain employee of the ACE hardware that NEVER smiles. Never. Not a happy place for me.
