My first contact with this dealership was with the salesman, Keyshawn Wright. Keyshawn was professional, but never pushy and very knowledgeable. I felt very comfortable at the dealership working with him. I inquired with several other dealerships, in 3 states and nothing compared to Keyshawns prompt response to all my questions and how hard he worked to make ultimately make the deal happen. I received substantially more for my trade than was offered by any of the other dealers and got the lowest price for the year and model of the used car I was looking for. I would definitely refer friends and family to this dealer and Keyshawn.

I would strongly advise looking at vehicles anywhere else.
I am new to the area and bought a Jeep 8 months ago. I hate it, called them to see what they could do as far as a buy back or even a different trade. I know what I am upside down however they were way off KBB. They would not work with me. I found a vehicle at another dealer, not only was the other dealer better to work with and more honest but on the same new vehicle, Chuck stevens was over the price of most dealers in the area. I asked for Mr. Stevens to call me so I could let him know how rude his finance department was and also that he lost a customer because of the way I was treated when I called in to get information about canceling warranties after I traded the Jeep I had for 8 months.

We purchased a 2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Shannon at Chuck Stevens. We really appreciate their willingness to work on a price instead of going back and forth all day. Shannon was awesome to work with. The Jeep was sparkling clean and full of gas when we arrived. Shannon paired up my phone and had me download a couple of apps and explained everything. Highly reccomend this dealership and Shannon! Appreciate the follow up call 2 days later from Shannon to make sure we were happy with the car and said to call anytime with questions!

The worst! We were sold an additional warranty that was already apart of the purchase of (a brand new Jeep Wrangler) when I purchased! Faster forward to now.....I took my truck in for check engine light and was quoted $1,000+ for the repair......Another Jeep dealer had to tell me it was free repair because it was under warranty after I decided to call around to different Jeep dealers to get a better quote. If you want to get burned and cheated this is your place!
I wasn't gonna go into details, but....1 day after pickup the check engine light came right back. I took it to MS Jeep they got the same code again and had to redo the same job because the hoses were routed wrong.

We have never went to a dealership that is so kind and caring for their customers. Our sales representative was Jeremy and he went beyond the call of duty to make sure we felt welcome, and got the best price for our vehicle. This dealership is willing to take the extra step to make you feel part of their family.
We are thankful for Jeremy , Corey and Aaron for staying over late and working with us.
