My experience during this time were very great. She was respectful didn’t mind helping and also helped me out a lot with me being young really a great experience and couldn’t be more happier with time I spent getting a car.

OMG!!!! I just love Mrs. Kelly Stroup at Chuck Stevens. She was so nice to me and my son, my son went in wanting a specific car and that's what he came out with and he love it. I will definitely be back to do more business with her and I'll will be sending more people her way. Thank you so much Mrs. Kelly.

Disappointed doesn't even begin to describe how I feel about this man and his establishment—terrible experience. Wouldn't send my most disliked enemy here for this mistreatment you're bound to endure. If 0 stars existed, this review would be -100 stars
UPDATE: (in response to the owners reply) Actually this is how public reviews work. You treat people poorly and it puts marks on your reputation. I may not have done direct business with you, but I'll be sure to put word out that no one should based on how you've treated someone that I know. Calling women absolutely disgraceful words. Play bad games, win poor prizes. Here's your prize buddy: a bad review.

Kelly did a great job making sure I got into exactly what I wanted. She thoroughly went threw every option I had available to me. Even kept the babies occupied with toys and worked with us while my husband was out of town to get all paperwork ready, signed, and out the door.

Amazing service! My 2021 tahoe broke down in the middle of the intersection and we had it towed to Chuck Steven's Chevrolet of Bay Minette. Everyone was so helpful and kind. Ben and Matt in the service department took care of me right away and fortunately had the part I needed in stock and had me up and running in less than an hour. The women in customer service (who's names I forget to get because I was so frazzled) were kind and had me laughing. My beach vacation was saved by these amazing people and their hard work and help! I can't say enough how much I appreciate them and all they did for me.

Stopped in today with an open mind not sure of what I’d leave with and got exactly what I wanted ! I was helped by a sweet lady named Cheryl and she was absolutely amazing !

Highly unsatisfied with the customer service after the sale. I purchased my 2021 equinox on 4/6/23 and a replacement windshield was written in our contract, due to it being cracked in a few spots. Jay (who is no longer there) scheduled me to come in on 5/2/23 at 9:00am. I sat there for a little while and Jay was no where to be found and I was told he would be there later. I informed Cheryl Boyington that I was there to have my windshield replaced and she informed me that the windshield guy wasnt scheduled to be there that day. She called Jay and he stated I was supposed to be there at 12:00. Cheryl gave me her card to call her when I wanted to come back or they would see about the guy coming to me for the replacement. I called several times asked for Jay then was told he wasn’t employed anymore. I spoke to Cheryl several times and she “didn’t know anything about a windshield but would call me back”. So here we are over a year later and I never received a windshield. My last call to Cheryl was in April of this year and she said she knew nothing about a windshield and those promises are only good for 90 days. She said she had never spoken to me before. I told her I was looking at her card in my hand that she handed me. Her response was well why didn’t you call the cell phone number on the card. She stated she would look into it and call me back and if I didn’t hear from her the next day to call her. I never got a call so I honestly gave up, because it was evident that she did not care about my issue.

Their service department is topnotch! We were in our way home from Orange Beach( headed to TN)when our truck wouldn't start. We gave them a call and they worked us in. Got us all fixed up and on our way in just a couple of hours. Mind you this was on the Friday before Memorial day after 2 pm. The staff from the service department to sales are all friendly and professional. I would highly recommend!

I had to unexpectedly pull into their service department while traveling out of town with my Honda because my car was making an odd noise. Thankfully they told me something was loose from the skid plate underneath and they removed a stick that was wedged somewhere. One of the technicians drove my car around so he could hear the sound it was making. I was told that the noise was because my tires had not been rotated and that because they hadn't, the stuff on the tires was wearing away. The noise coming from the skid plate would sound more like a flapping-type noise. I find it extremely hard to believe that my Honda dealership where I got an oil change last year wouldn't have rotated the tires. I was trying to understand what would need to happen eventually and was told that I would have to deal with the noise until I had to buy all new 4 tires. I will be taking my car to double-check everything anyway since I'm near my original dealership now. Was able to stop at another place, although it was in the middle of nowhere. The other place secured the skid plate with zip ties and for the rest of my drive, I didn't hear the noise! As stated before, I find it hard to believe the issue is from my tires not being rotated. Just be careful when using this place for the service department.

Update:: I've had the car all of 2 months & it's already out of commission. Early on into owning the car I would get an alert about one of its features (autostop), but it was rare. Eventually getting worse & happening more often. I also noticed the shifter was having issues registering when the car was in park, a simple little tap of the shifter and the issue would resolve- again this was rare. However it now no longer registers. The car now sits until repairs can be made.
The whole experience turned out to be a bunch of excuses. Can't work a price deal with you bc "we fired our manager, he priced cars too low & we wont make money." Get home with the car around 4pm, 9am next morning we get a call, "bring the car back". We're an hr away from the dealership mind you. "We ordered parts for the vehicle that never got put in- our guy put it on the lot too early." Once again "we just fired him." Bring the car back & ask if there's anything they can do to fix a scratch we noticed while it's there getting the forgotten parts installed- they agreed. Finally get to pick the car up & nothing was done for the scratch. "I forgot. We fired our paint guy. You can come back." Soo you want us to drive an hour for the 3rd time & hold the vehicle yet again bc "you forgot & everyone's fired"- no thank you.
Reading thru reviews I can't help but notice Chuck Stevens blaming everyone for "their" error. Always blaming the customer:: read the reviews, see for yourself.
Dear Brian, (I believe that was your name) :: my used car came with 2 keys. So when they say "they don't provide 2 keys for used vehicles"... lies. I'd imagine if it happens to come with 2, they'll pass on the 2. But if the car comes in with only 1, that's all they will provide. If that's the case, it probably should have been explained that way. It's just more truthful & comes off nicer.

Worst experience we’ve ever had buying a vehicle. Horrible customer support after the sale was done. I would never recommend buying from them.
