Wasted over 10 years of my life on this place. Management only hires its buddies, and little kids with no experience. And as a supervisor you’re the one that gets in trouble for holding people accountable. But there is a silver lining to the situation. Management is so inept that they are about to have to close the doors. Already 80% of employees laid off. More office workers left than actual workers.

These people don.t no how to do anything but stand around an run their mouth must be nice to get paid what they make an do nothing if your on elog food luck you will run out of hrs before you get loaded.

I've been waiting to get my trailer loaded now 5 hours. If i worked at this plant and could not load trucks any faster than this i would seek another profession. Very unprofessional and just plain lazy. Shame on the people in charge.

If you can find another place to work, I would go elsewhere. It is the most unorganized place I have ever worked at and the make promise after promise and they don't keep it!!!!! The owner only cares for himself and his friends working in the offices.
