Typically just use the drive thru. The times I have been inside it was a little slow but that often just means they are doing good work. We got a lot of help last time we were inside and they even did a good job helping our kids.

Just left this location as my mom and I were greeted by an extremely rude person. He did not even ask how he could help. He just said he has a 9 am appointment and he is booked all day so we have to come tomorrow. Is he the only person working at the bank?? When we stated our issue, he said I can give you an 800 number to call. When we stated that we had already called the 800 number he said he cannot help us today and we’ll have to come tomorrow. Terrible service. I seriously hope he is not the only person that works at this location because he has zero customer service skills. He definitely acted like he was running the place.

The hours of operation are absolutely ridiculous. Wouldn't it make sense for a bank to open in the morning so customers have a chance to stop by before work? Closed at noon on Saturdays, the day people have an opportunity to come to the bank?

Poor Bank policy. The communication between the actual bank and the over phone customer service needs to improve. It took over a week for this bank to cash my check due to poor communication. I had a check from my job that Wells did not know how to read, so instead of giving me the check back to take to the bank who issued the check they tried to deposit it and then flag my check. This process took over a week to fix. I only could think about what if I was in need and this could have been real bad. The people in branch were nice but nice don't pay bills. Fraud department service and over the phone service all need to be let go from the job or need two months of training. I have been able to save 5 people from going to this bank and I hope to save more. Bank with Regions its a better bank. If a bank can not read checks its not the bank I want to be at. Stay away

Slow and unfriendly, If I need to go inside I try to go to Opelika instead. The parking lot here is awful and people are always cutting through without looking to go to the Walmart or Walmart gas station. There is usually a line at the atm. If you do go in be prepared to wait a while before even getting acknowledged let alone helped.

As bad as the wait and inside of the office is, don’t try calling either. They don’t pickup the phone, you’ll just get put on hold, asked to stay on hold, then redirected three separate times.

I went in to this location to open up a business account. I was directed to the banker to get this address. He asked me for my paperwork STANDING UP in the middle of the lobby. Didn’t offer a seat and gave VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. The customer service alone made me not even want to conduct business at this bank. Again, VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

Just drove up 30 minutes before they are supposed to close and they were putting cones out on the drive through (inside is closed so drive through is the only way to get service) I guess the staff just close whenever they feel like it. It’s bad enough it’s only open 3 hours on Saturday. But to then close early as well. Guess it’s time to switch banks.

They won’t let you in without a mask while they have several employees without them on or hanging off half of their face. If you make us do it then they should be doing it as well
