As a multi year customer of Wells Fargo, I am amazed at the poor quality of service I received here today. Just wanted to change some rolled up pennies and a 10.00 bill for quarters. This process took my ID, 2 trips to computer and almost 5 minutes to provide my change in an all but deserted branch lobby. Ridiculous!

Not too busy, pretty easy to find since it's on Gay Street in Auburn and next to the Truist. The tellee working the drive through was very nice and patient.

Poor Bank policy. The communication between the actual bank and the over phone customer service needs to improve. It took over a week for this bank to cash my check due to poor communication. I had a check from my job that Wells did not know how to read, so instead of giving me the check back to take to the bank who issued the check they tried to deposit it and then flag my check. This process took over a week to fix. I only could think about what if I was in need and this could have been real bad. The people in branch were nice but nice don't pay bills. Fraud department service and over the phone service all need to be let go from the job or need two months of training. I have been able to save 5 people from going to this bank and I hope to save more. Bank with Regions its a better bank. If a bank can not read checks its not the bank I want to be at.

Well, it looks like the low average rating makes sense now. Just one person attending a large line, no banker available. They just told me to back later or wait one hour. I know it's Friday, but is still early, 1:20 pm. Terrible customer service.

I would rather wait in line at the DMV than come back to this location and wait for a banker. No sense of urgency. Literally waited hours.

I arrived at 12:55 to attempt to have someone removed from a joint account, that person arrived shortly after. At 1:15 someone who had an appointment at 1:00 (and was clearly late) arrived.At 1:20 the single teller asked me to go after the 1:00 appointment people, despite them being late. I had to use the restroom bc I'm pregnant and she stated I couldn't bc of COVID, so I had to leave to use the restroom at a nearby gas station. When I came back, they had already moved on to another customer that came in after all of us.I understand the restroom situation, and that since I wasn't there, that they moved past me. The only issue I have is that CLEARLY this location is understaffed. All of this mess could have been avoided if they had simply had one other banker present. From a customer service perspective, this was an unnecessarily obnoxious experience.I ended up waiting an hour for service when, had there been one other banker, they would have been available right away.
