This walmart is popular and has many of the items you need for moving into a new place, or for stocking up on food. The only improvement I could see is having someone around to give the folks that are not familiar with self checkouts more of a helping hand. Whether that be with a guide at the self checkouts, or with an option of if it someone's first time using a self checkout or if they are experienced with putting in item codes for fruits and veggies.

It's Walmart, where you shop, scan your own groceries whiles employees watch you, you pay for your items, and get bombarded by someone when your leaving to see your receipt. What more can you want? You work day in and day out to earn money, just to have to work to get what you need and made to feel harassed.
