The pharmacy drive through and desk inside always take forever! I've waited 30 minutes in the drive through many times now and I asked the worker if going inside would be quicker next time and she said no. The last time I went I was the third car in line and it still took forever!! Never been to a Walgreens so bad.

I have NEVER been more annoyed and disappointed in Walgreens in my entire life! I made an appointment ON LINE to get a covid test because I have to have one for the MS conference that I am attending this weekend. I get to this Walgreens, and there is a short line to the right and one to the left. I get in the left line under the sign that says 'consultation' because I only had a question. The two people in front of me get helped and leave, and then I'm just standing there with my sister, and no one acknowledges us. The crass woman that was loud when we approached was in the window playing with a dog while we all waited. She finally turns and says to my sister very loudly and rudley,'WHAT DO YOU NEED CAUSE THE LINE IS OVER THERE?! My sister says as quietly and privately as possible ''I just need to know where we should go for our covid appointment" the woman says loud as hell. COVID TEST? OUR MACHINE BROKE. YOU CAN TRY THE OTHER WALGREENS. before walking off. Besides her rudeness, crudeness, and sheer inability to take care of her customers in a discreet manor. She was completely non helpful or observant or she would have seen the line she told me to go stand in had formed mostly after we had arrived. I've been balancing the idea of taking my business elsewhere because of another pharmacy individual that i had trouble with before (Who told me I "may as well wait" on a prescription my son needed, they closed, didn't call me and my son ended up having an asthma attack that night without his meds) but this woman took the cake. I know they aren't doctor doctors, but there's a certain degree of privacy and discretion that they should show, and she purely SUCKED!

I have been going to this pharmacy since I moved to Auburn, EVERY single time I go here they cannot find my prescriptions and they tend to make up every excuse in the book for it, whether it be my insurance, the doctor office "not" sending my prescription, or even them blaming another pharmacy. I have never had a good experience, the people are so rude and disrespectful. I had to get my insulin because I had completely ran out and they tried to say I have never gotten my insulin filled there and that they have no prescription for the type of insulin i've been on since I was 8. I have to call my doctors office every single time and every time it has been a problem on Walgreens not my doctor. I have to call my doctor and have them call Walgreens to get it situated.

Heidi is the best! She was so pleasant and easy to work with and her positivity really made my day! Will be back to use this pharmacy again!

Walked up to photo printing counter and was greeted with a sigh & rolling eyes. (I had not even said hi yet- and little did they know I was already having a rough day myself) Photos were then unable to be found even tho I got an email confirmation saying they were ready to pick up. Luckily the employee was able to print them on the spot after searching and complaining about it. I'll be hopping over to CVS next time ;)

Heidi is awesome, you can tell she cares about others and loves her job. She was able to give me a better deal on my iron supplements and let me know about an offer for free covid tests through insurance. Thank you Heidi!

Everytime I come my prescriptions take way longer than they say it will be on the phone. Half the time they lose or can't find where my doctor sent in the prescription. The worst Walgreens I have been to. Extremely slow and rude.

I have never written a google review before but this was my last straw. I called the pharmacy twice and was hung up on twice. This wasn't before being left on hold for 30 minutes though. I encourage anyone who reads these reviews to STAY AWAY. Awful customer service.

Pharmacy used to amazing. A lot of the great pharmacists have left. The Pharmacy went from A chick-fil-a type service to McDonald's. They close early often, rarely get you the right prescription.

This store is always understaffed and nobody is ever around to help people. Just spent 30 minutes on hold for the pharmacy and got hung up on. This store really needs to hire more people.

Place is horrible. Very poor customer service and totally unprofessional. First, they gave me an empty thumb drive with no pic file. I went back there, I had to explain my self and show a receipt. After that the picture was blur and of poor quality. Is it worth a second visit?
