I wish that it didn't take so long as it did to add a new line to my account, took 2 hrs..*Update* Cxl svc with them bc they don't provide great cell service in my area, so they misled me on that part. They also charge too much for their services and their Jetpacks are dangerous, they implode after a few mos!!

I had such a wonderful experience at this location. The gentleman that assisted me was very professional, patient, well knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing step by step. His name was Jared. Also, the store closed at 8pm, but we didn't finish until after 9pm. Did I mention that he was the only person working that evening and handled the store (customers)like a Pro...Jared for Manager!! Best Customer Service!! Ask for Jared and tell him Deana sent you.lol

Shoutout to Jake who works in the Auburn Verizon store on South College. He was the best help and really cares about his customers! I’ve had some issues with my phone and he has given the best customer service I’ve ever had making sure I got everything taken care of and had lots of patience. He made the process of getting a new phone so easy and he definitely deserves a raise after how much he helped. Thank you Jake for all the help! Go find Jake from Verizon in Auburn if you ever need help with your phone!
