Worst experience ever I got a call said it cost $180 for repair went to pick the bike up they said they ran into a problem now it $373 without consultating me about the price change

My bike got brought here to have the carb synced or jetted my bike sat here for 11 months the only time I received the phone call was after their first assessment a (the first week) 29 minute estimate cost me $400 and overcharged for the work that they assessed so I refused made a different deal and ended up picking it up almost a year later just as it was when they took it apart and they refused to put it back together I brought a bike and working condition and almost a year later got back a parts bike basically and I still had to pay them $400 for a 29 minute estimate that was wrong

I had a great experience at Twin Cities. Yamaha. Dylan the parts manager was very patient with me while I tried to describe the items I needed. Mike the service manager is extremely knowledgeable and helped explain what I needed to understand concerning my particular motorcycle. I highly recommend this shop, in Auburn, Al!

Just bought an MT07 from this place, phenomenal experience. The owner, Scott, and crap I already forgot the other guy's name but they were both very helpful throughout the whole experience, answered any and all questions I had, and went very in depth into all the information I would need to know about the bike and everything involved in owning it and maintaining it. I learned a ton of stuff that I had no idea I didn't know, and I've been riding for years. I felt like I walked out with a deal that was fair for me and for them. Finding popular bikes in stock is difficult right now so I'm thrilled I found them. I felt like I went back in time when I walked in, in a good way. This is the type of service that seems to be harder and harder to find nowadays. This place is a "big enough to help you, small enough to know you" kinda place. Thanks guys.

DO NOT GO HERE. I spent $800 fixing my atvs fuel lines carb etc had them check everything else as well. Got it back and now it is leaking fuel from the lines, leaking on the differential and needs a new gas tank. The technician is either lazy or bad. The young man with glasses answering the phone working the counter is extremely rude. Basically told me since I found it was leaking after the “30 day warranty” they will not do anything(I had put less than 10 miles on the atv). Even though it’s precisely what I asked to fix. Bad service bad work. Go elsewhere

The service and parts department has been great for me. I've shopped TCY for 30 years and while there have been a couple of less satisfying trips, 99% of them have been absolutely great. TCY can't help when big Yamaha won't send parts across the big pond, where my 1% details fall into.Thanks guys !

My Yamaha has been there almost 4 months and they've not fixed it yet. If not fixed by Friday September 3rd I'll pick it up and take it to Montgomery.

Very rude lady!This lady started screaming at people that would use their entrance to turn around. There is construction going and people are using these street as detour. If you don’t want people to use your entrance as a turnaround, add buckets or something to block the entrance but don’t scream at people. You just lost a few posible clients with your rude behavior.

went to buy a helmet...walked in and nobody was in the showroom...so I just walked around looking and waiting to be helped for about 10 minutes or so and nobody came so I left...

Went in to buy a part for my YZ 250. Super helpful and knowledgeable, great people working there very friendly. Had them put the part on 10/10 service will definitely be coming here for everything I need.
