The unit was easy to access and kept clean with a comfortable temperature. The communication with the front office staff was professional and courteous. We will definitely use this storage unit again if we ever need one!

Went here looking for a storage unit. Bad customer service. The lady was so cranky. When I decided to look for another unit with A/C available (these were sold out), she was rude and told me to call her back when I can’t find anything.

As an Auburn student who doesn’t live in state this is my go to place to store my stuff. Second time I’ve used a storage unit here and I still have no complaints. Great rates and the staff is super friendly. They also have great communication. Definitely recommend!

I have thoroughly enjoyed leasing the unit from you guys. The office staff was very professional and helpful. You guys have the best rates in Auburn and Opelika so I will definitely be recommending Twin Cities to anyone needing storage.
