Great attitude, service and communication.
Price was fair and ended up matching what we had anticipated over the phone (with trucks you can never be sure).
Mechanic even brought some food and shared with our driver.
Water pump was replaced and driver was on his way the same day.

Tried to use them to replace a tire on my truck. No mechanic on duty. Lady said a mechanic would be there in 15 minutes. Waited for 45 minutes with no one showing up. Called back and told her he was supposed to be here 30 minutes ago. She gave me an excuse about had to pick up a borrowed generator. Said hell be here in 10 minutes. I said if he's not here in 10 minutes I'm leaving. I left. Definitely not someone I'd give my business to!!!!!

Don't trust these Crooks, I regret taking my truck to these mafias, now truck has been sitting in their stupid shop for 4 months, they're good at lies and excuses, I'm taking them to court now. Just after a few days I left my there all my belongings in the truck were stolen, 4months down the line, they have not been able to fix my truck, now the court is my last option, had to find the best lawyer in auburn, these Crooks will learn a good lesson.Service: Engine repair
