Recently I had a fuel spill due to my inattention. One of the employees acted quickly to turn off the pump at risk to herself, which averted what could have been a fire. The owner and another employee came out to put down something to absorb all the gas. They were very kind and reassured me that everything was alright. I couldn’t say enough nice things about this store!

Worst gas station ever. More expensive than any other around. There was no ice in the fountain drink machine on 4/17. I asked the girl working if there was an ice machine in back so I could get a fountain drink. She said since it was. It filled yesterday she could not get me any. I guess not fountain drinks will be sold today.

Horrible experience. Cashier Theresa cursed me because I questioned my receipts. She yelled and screamed. I told her she needed to be professional and she said. This is a gas station, ain't no professionalism here!" I asked the manager to assist to no avail. He was on the phone. She apparently feels she behave this way. They have cameras! #notpayingfordisrespect

If I could give this store a minus rating, I would. Tonight, my husband and went for gas. First, the attendant was distracted by another male customer's looks and spoke openly about it. Then, she place our credit on the wrong pump. Next, she said it was our fault because we gave her the wrong pump. Then we were charged again! It should have been a credit! When I questioned her she became irate and even dropped the "F" bomb. I requested to speak to the manager and she handed me the phone. She continued to talk over me as I was trying to speak to him--he was no assistance at all! She continued yelling and I asked the manager on the phone to re-direct her as I was not yelling or fussing or using profanity. She continued yelling as I was exciting and told me not to return to the store. I told her she was not professional and she said, "This is a gas station, ain't no professionalism here!" Horrible experience. #notpayingfordisrespect

They do the illegal practice of not allowing service dogs. Do not spend money here. Go to Walmart it's cheaper

Credit card got skimmed, beware!!! Tried to call the station to let them know to check their pumps and was hung up on 4 times!!! Thank goodness our credit card company is on the ball! Will never use this station again. Not sure why I even have to give 1 star in order to post!

What time do you open? I'm only curious because when we stopped this morning around 5:45 at the beginning of our 17 hour drive for the day, I stood outside the locked door as the cashier yelled at me from inside that you were not yet open, despite the posted hours that claim 5 AM is opening time. Puzzled, I asked what time you would be open, but unfortunately the response I received was yet again that you aren't open. I still don't know what time you're open. Thank goodness there's a Wal-Mart across the street that actually opens the time they say they will.

Worst gas station in auburn. Been coming there for literally 8 years seeing as I live in the buildings next to it. Took my dog for a walk this morning around the neighborhood and decided to go ahead and knock out two birds with one stone while I was walking and get my groceries real quick from there. You know, the thing gas stations want you to buy because that's what they make money on. Well I bring my dog in who I'm trying to train to be a therapy dog walks in with me ( I checked the outside of the building first to make sure there were no "no dogs allowed" stickers first because he's not certified yet) and I'm told that my dog isn't allowed. I say there's no signs that indicate that and he says well we sell stuff so he's not allowed. Which makes no sense because therapy dogs can go anywhere. Probably the last time I'll ever buy anything from there. Go to the Walmart across the street everyone, it's easier and less of a fuss. Customer since 08, no more, beer, tobacco, drinks or food from across the street.

Worst gas station in Auburn, by far. The pumps are painfully slow, and they gouge you big time if you buy plus or premium gasoline. In addition, you really don't know if your credit card will work, because once your purchase is complete, the pump will tell you, "receipt error." Just a terribly run station. Let the free markets work and do not support this establishment.

This is a gas station that used to be an Exxon and was bought by someone who renamed it to Tiger's Den. ExxonMobil cards do not work there and their tobacco is higher priced than normal Exxons. It's extra deceitful because the building still has the same color scheme as every other Exxon in Alabama, so be wary.
