I can’t say enough about how great of an experience I had at UPS in downtown Auburn. The staff was so friendly and helpful, not to mention how convenient the location is. I will never go anywhere else!

Best ever! I am an out of state parent and sending packages for pick up at this store has made it so easy for my student and nothing gets lost or stolen! Highly recommend getting a box during Camp War Eagle and the address will stay the same no matter where they live!

Chase was very knowledgeable and patient with me. His customer service skills are one of the best I’ve ever experienced. The store is very modern and clean. Tons of services available, got my passport picture taken, documents notarized, and shipped passport application.
