Fantastic first experience. The people here are very kind and knowledgeable. They offered multiple different options and solutions for my issues with my watches. Fixed them both within 15 minutes and were more than reasonable with their prices. They have earned an very thankful client!

This was a long time ago but it still sticks with me. About 4 years ago I came in here to have my Rolex authenticated and after they were done looking at it, the man asked me where I found the watch. I found this very rude that he assumed I found this watch somewhere.

My elderly friend and I had a super pleasant visit to your store this week. We were quite impressed with your knowledgeable and thoughtful staff. I really appreciate you being patient with my friend's storytelling, and especially the sound advice. I was not shopping this time, but do intend to return to examine the fine jewelry collection more carefully. I was delighted to see such a variety of items. Thanks again!

**READ THIS**Trust me when I say this place is the ONLY jeweler you want to go to in the Auburn or Opelika area.I'll keep this story short but I've used them for a few minor things over the years and had nothing but genuine experiences. It had been almost two years since I had stopped by. I went back last week and immediately without giving my name or anything they recognized me and even remembered the item from years back and were excited to see me (and no it wasn't some expensive memorable item). If that doesn't show you that they actually care and are in business for the right reasons I don't know what will. They won't speak over you, try to push you to buy anything, or treat you unfairly. They are just simply amazing, do GREAT work, and have the most reasonable prices in town which is just icing on the cake. Love them and you won't regret taking my advice to stay away from everywhere else in the area :)

I recommend Swanson’s for jewelry repair. I have taken my rings in for repair and they have done a great job! One ring lost a small diamond after I had taken it for cleaning, and they replaced the diamond. We don’t know why the diamond came out, but because of their professionalism, they replaced the diamond. I highly recommend you support this local, family owned store.

They were absolutely wonderful to work with! I dropped my ring off a little before 3pm and they had it back to me by 9:30am the next day. The ring looks amazing, I can't tell at all that it was resized.

Swansons was able to create my fiancé’s dream engagement ring and wedding band based on pictures of rings that she had shown me. On top of that, they were able to stay under my original budget. Would highly recommend.

Absolutely phenomenal service and jewelry. My husband and I got our engagement/wedding rings at Swanson's and get compliments on them all the time. I love the quality of the diamonds and the friendly staff. I'll be requesting that future anniversary presents also come from Swanson's!
