Employees there are generally rude but the girl working this afternoon takes the cake. Just stood there, would speak. I asked for a my items to be bagged and she just pointed to a pile of bags on the counter. I asked if they didn't bag items anymore and she replied she didn't with the worst attitude. Buc-ees will be a mike away soon but not soon enough. It's obvious the ownership and management of these stores have checked out.

The lady tonight was extremely racist, refused service due to her personal views on African Americans. Worst experience ever coming out of state from Texas. Completely unprofessional.

the manager Tracy is a b***** I was employed there for 3 days and that was 3 days too long. 3 days of my life that i will never get back. She talks to her employees like they're stupid, she talks about employees to other employees, & her customer service skills are S**** Do NOT go to this store expecting a good experience because you will probably be disappointed if you do. Tracy is short and has chucky doll red hair, she never smiles, & she is extremely short with customers not to mention rude. If you go there, stay as far away from this hateful old woman as you can!!

Caucasian lady manager in this store is very rude and is not welcoming to customers of color three times I have had a very bad service experience and this particular establishment will not be receiving any business or recommendations from me
