This was my first time at this salon. I moved from Alex City to the area and had a friend refer me to the Salon and Hannah McDonald. I came in with an idea of what I wanted, and she made it happen. My hair feels healthier and happier. The color is just what I wanted!! Hannah was very easy to talk to and I absolutely loved seeing her! I’ve definitely found my salon!

I do not recommend it for non-American people, as the treatment is completely “different”. The professional's Instagram has impeccable work. But I threw my money in the trash on September 30, 2023, exactly 267.30. I left the room completely without dignity, hiding my hair, as they didn't even have the grace to finish. I left with wet hair, without a brush or straightener, horrible, an indefinite copper color and COMPLETELY STAINED... as if a 2 year old child had done my hair. And marked root. There was no strand test, no hydration, and I didn't even come out blonde as I asked and showed what my hair was like before (beautiful). If they didn't know how or didn't want to do it, they should have refused. They just aimed to take my money. Zero professionalism. It was very difficult to look in the mirror and deal with such humiliation.
The IMPECCABLE blonde photo is to show the difference in how my hair looks when done by a true professional. (who was the one who solved this mess of course, but for that I had to travel out of the country). How he was before that room and how he was again, thank God!
Obs. She didn't even wait for the color to open, she did what she calls work in one hour, and in over 18 years as a blonde, I've never waited less than 5 hours to do my hair (I have a lot of it) always with the same color, well treated and finished.
It took me a while to post because I was only now able to recover psychologically and understand that I suffered prejudice.

Every single time I go to Statik Salon to see my girl Hannah McDonald, she leaves my hair PERFECT! She never disappoints... EVER!!! She will literally continue to be the only person I let touch my hair. Great hospitality and great service!

I went to Audrey for a wash and blow out and it was ahhhhmazing! She did an amazing job and we even decided to do a trim and add some layers in my hair, she was so thorough, I love it! My hair looks sooo healthy! Highly recommend!

Hannah M. is and will always be my go-to stylist! I came in for a color correction with her and told myself I would just keep doing my own hair after, but she did such a fantastic job I kept coming back! This was a couple years ago and I’ve been coming for cuts and color ever since.Her services are affordable and timely, and I’ve never had a bad experience. She is upfront about pricing and there are no extra charges. She also did my wedding hair which turned out perfect!!!10/10 recommend.

We love Hannah Mcdonald!! She's done my cut and color for about 3 years now and cuts my boyfriends hair as well and we are so grateful for her!! She will make the time if needed and there's always great conversation!

Hannah M always does such a beautiful job with my hair & I wouldn’t trust anyone else with it! I have very thick, long hair and she executes it amazingly every time! 100% recommend her with all your hair needs!!

Got my hair cut here and it was not what I asked for at all. Hannah McDonald was not great I would not reccomend her at all, she chopped of way more thne I asked and did not do a good job in the slightest. DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO TRY BEING BALD!!!!
