I moved my $ from another area bank because rates on CDs were very favorable at Southern States and I wanted a bank who would actually answer my calls. I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience at Southern States. They responded immediately to my questions. Excellent service!

I met Jason and after getting to know him decided I wanted to move my business banking to him. Since doing so I have met Lorilee who has been assisting me with the move. Hands down the best customer service I have ever experienced. Multiple accounts and every time I have needed something she is on it!
