I went there several times …but had amazing experience with Carter and Griffin…..great customer service…..mannerism…very helpful…..and definitely entertaining!! I love these guys!!!! The world needs more people like them..THANKS CARTER AND GRIFFIN!!!

I saw a pair of shoes here yesterday that were on sale. We didn’t see them at another store today so we raced back to buy them before closing. The store was supposed to close in the mall at 6 but when we got there at 5:23pm, the gate was down and they were closed. I’m disappointed and won’t be coming back because we live an hour away.

Had to swap a pair shoes at this location. Very easy experience. The Columbus location did not have the shoes in stock to swap out so they called this location and had them do a 48 hour. Went it swapped out the shoes. Easy transaction.

Don't waste your time . The associate was on the phone with home office doing inventory. He wouldn't put them on hold to check us out . We stood there about 15 minutes. He told me he didn t know how long it would be before he could check us out.
