The best and cutest little shop in Auburn!!! Such little gems that you can't find anywhere else!!! They also do AMAZING embroidery!!! Anyone needs a candle for Christmas their Kringle Christmas candles are to die for and they make the most gorgeous bows!

I would give 0 stars if I could.
Horrible customer service to the lady that was working today. I went in to pick up my two wedding dresses after taking them in to get altered. I showed up, and the main lady led me to the back (not the one who did alterations...) She asked me if I knew the final price that was due- I couldn't, and she got super annoyed with me.
Finally, we discovered the price was on the tag. When the lady led me back up front, she was so rude about getting me out of the store. I was trying to figure out the vemo handle for the payment with my phone. Mind you, I had two LARGE fluffy wedding dresses I was holding onto that were shoved into my hands. The lady seemed super annoyed, and I was doing my best to pay the balance and get out of the store because she clearly didn't want me there.
Also, I was not allowed the ability to try on the dresses to see if they fit properly before leaving the store.
Additionally, the dresses were not placed in any protective bag, etc. So when trying to exit the store in a rush, I dropped the dresses in the parking lot.
Just go somewhere else for business. At this rate, I should have paid more to a business who wanted my money rather than making me feel horrible for taking up their precious time.
Not sure how the alterations turned out. I'll post an update once I try them on.

The Serendipity in my town closed down. I happened to see on Facebook that the Auburn location had prayer boxes. I drove from LaGrange to purchase the boxes. The service was superb. She even told me if I see anything else on Facebook i can have it reserved to ensure that it is there when I get there. Great job ladies! I will for sure be back.

I wanted Psalms 118:6 to be printed on the back of my shirts, preferably NIV or NLT but whoever did the printing forgot the word ”me” at the end of the verse. I also never got any calls or texts to confirm the text, or font, or sizing before the two shirts were printed so overall communication was just very terrible. Not sure if I wasn’t communicated to because of my race but it’s truly upsetting how my two shirts came out :(

I can't express how much this place not only helped me last min but phenomenal job all the way around.. from the minute I walked in to picking up … everyone was so friendly.. the owner kept me updated with everything. I will definitely come back and refer anyone who needs you guys!! Thank you !!!

I recently took 3 blankets by to have embroidered. By surprise, they were ready the very next day!! I thought with it being the Christmas season, it would take longer. The embroidery looks fantastic!!! Decent pricing for the quality of work done. Highly recommend!!! Thank you Amirah and Amy!!

emailed them on 11th to see if they could do something for me and NEVER heard from them after texting with a coworker of theirs for DAYS and on the 14th she said she will get back to me and FINALLY said she cant do it.. what poor customer service.

Not very good customer service - have been in this store twice. Nobody spoke to me or asked if they could help me either time. The first time I went to them and asked a question. They acted like they didn’t have time for me, were snobbish and rude. I believe in bad days and second chances so today was my second time. After being in the store for several minutes and even going near the counter to look at things, I just left because again they were too consumed with eating and talking to even address me.
