“We rented a storage unit April - August and had the best experience with Stop Eagle Storage. From the moment we walked in, the service was great - the representative was nice, gave us all the information with needed, and helped us secure a unit for the summer. When I called to let them know we would be moving out in August, the person on the phone was super helpful and gave me all of the information I needed over the phone. Today I received a close-out statement via email
The storage unit we had was clean when we arrived and the building felt safe and secure. I will definitely rent here again next summer!”
“The manager there is named Steve. I was supposed to pick up a truck Wednesday afternoon on a one-way rental. I could not get there that afternoon so Steve held the truck for me until the next morning. There are not many people in the service field anymore that really offers good service. This place over and Beyond. If he had not held the truck for me, the difference between this truck and someone else's was about $600. If I am in the Auburn area again and need to rent a truck, I won't even consider renting from anyone but this place.”
“I was helping my daughter move from one apartment to another at Auburn University. I was in need of a couple of unusual shape boxes. Nancy went above and beyond to be helpful. She was friendly and quick and took a load of worry of my shoulders. I highly recommend them!”
“Brandon, the manager is a lifesaver! I had ordered a hitch for my pickup thinking I could install myself. The thing was too heavy for one person to do at home so I gave up and went by uhaul and asked if they could install. Brandon was so helpful and understanding he set the appointment for me.
The appointment time was met and he had it installed in no time! Very happy with the excellent service! I will be back and highly recommend! The people are just good folks!”
