One of the few places in Auburn that have absolute cr*p customer service! From the check in people, receipt checking people, cashiers, member service employees, employees on the floor and the cafe employees! How is every employee rude?? Is that a requirement for the job? My gosh I've been here quite a few times since I moved here and should have checked the reviews before signing up! The only nice employees are the sample people and they're not actually Sam's Club employees LOL! The cafe closes so early compared to their closing time and they often claim they're out of something if you can tell they just don't feel like making something. The member services employee I encountered today was so extremely rude. Just threw the receipt back at me and said there ya go and walked off. The café food is not good except for the pretzels which are okay. Hard to mess that up I guess. You can't even buy bottled water to drink at the cafe while you shop around when they randomly decide to close for the heck of it! The selection of products is lack luster and they rarely have raw chicken products or the rotisserie chicken products besides frozen wings and raw thighs/legs. If you don't have a membership- don't get! Just purchase a Costco membership and make the drive to Montgomery once a month to stock up!!!

The employees here are not very friendly. Rarely does anyone ask if you need anything or even speak to you. At my last visit, I stopped by the food court to get an Icee. I was behind another customer for a couple minutes, then the cashier looked at me and said, "We're closed." It was 7:00 p.m, an hour before the store would close. Everyone who shops here pays membership fees to shop here, but management and employees don't seem to value customer service.

FIRST, CLEAN YOUR BATHROOMS! NASTY!!!! lady had gloves on heard my complaint said nothing went back to chatting it up with male co-worker. not a single clean stall. Inventory fully stocked. quick checkout. sadly, We could not browse clothing either bc it seems you ordeted full staff to block every aisle and unload freight before closing preventimg anyone from buying anything. so we left! we do love Sam's, hate walmart so at some point we will.come back.

The merchandise was organized and displayed nicely. Having the drink cups within reach after ordering helped to keep the line moving. You were still serving hot dogs and my pretzel ? was hot! Having a clean bathroom is always a plus, Kudos. Double lines for exiting the store is also a nice plus. We live in Louisiana and were passing through. I would stop ? again. Always an affordable break.

Sam's Club doesn't honor sales return credits and their staff is rude and disrespectful. I had a return, which I made and I was given a small white piece of paper. I asked if this was all I get and was told yes. I tried to use this credit and was told it should have had a gift card with it. I told her that was all I got when I did the return and she said she couldn't do anything. I asked to speak to a manager. 35 minutes later no manager showed up and when I asked where they were, they were "out to lunch" at 4:45 in the afternoon. All the managers! The person I spoke to didn't even have the court's to come back and tell me. She just left me standing there. Is this how Sam's club treat their customers???

Conveniently located near the main interstate. The At the store was fully stocked with items I needed and just based upon observation all shelves were stocked. As always I use the scan and go app which makes shopping and checking out soooooo easy. I was able to grab my items and go without interruption or hesitation. I also got gas which was cheaper then other gas stores around. I will be back.

Love shopping here, but I will say the store/gas needs a little improvement. the Restrooms doors are missing locks. Today we pumped gas and the nozzle leaked all over the side of our truck. There is never any receipt tape in pumps either! Still will shop here but just thought I'd write it up!

Worst Sam's I've ever experienced. With the exception of Tim. Only person I interacted with that had a clue what being cordial in retail looks like (Taylor was ok). Give Tim a raise. And fire everyone else...or teach them how to be decent humans.

This store needs a major customer service overhaul. I'm not sure why the Sams Club brand wants these types of posts? Why is it so hard to be nice? Training is very much needed here from a corporate standpoint not local obviously as they don't get it.
