I have lived at Samford Square for going on two years and would not choose anywhere else in Auburn! From maintenance team to front office staff they are very accommodating and get their job as soon as possible. +free Starbucks coffee in the office!!

Just moved in this week. So far found the bathroom vanity sink with broken handles and the dishwasher needs repaired. The staff are friendly but I think they could communicate better with other. One of them told me that I didn't have an application on file after I had already signed a lease.

I visited here for the first time today and was blown away on how nice the place looked. I was greeted and helped by Sierra from the front desk in the main office. I will definitely tell my friends about this place from now on! This is a must visit apartment complex if you are looking for something not too far away from...
