Got a pedicure and manicure. The pedicure was good. The manicure was not. I sent photos of my nails to friends and family and got told to go back and ask for them to fix it. I went back and said I was not happy with my nails and if I could just get them all painted white (simple). You’d think a business would wave a fee if a customer paid $90 + tip, but they still wanted to charge me $15.
Walked out and went across the street to
Noir Nails.

I got my husband and I a pedicure. The ladies were very professional and they did a phenomenal job. When it came to my nails I had an experience from hell. The male tech is who they sent me to on number 3. He is extremely rude ! He wanted to tell me the colors that I should get on my nails after I showed him exactly what I wanted. He had an attitude the whole time and was extremely short. He snatched the lamp while my hand was still in the lamp for my Gel polish while the timer was still running. I spent $160 and I did not Tip due to station 3 and the horrible experience. We go to these places for relaxation. It has been 2 days and I am NOT satisfied with my service nor my nails, and they are closed today.The picture of the all pink and bulky nails is what I got while the ombré pink is what I asked for. When I showed the picture he yelled and said “That’s more than one color” and he still did a horrible job. The only reason I gave 1 star is because we had a decent experience for the pedicures. And these are my natural nails with an overlay I asked for square …. This is not what I requested.

I’ve been to a lot of nail places in Auburn and this is my favorite one! Mainly because they have the nicest staff that is so accommodating and willing to help you get the color and style you want. Not only are they helpful, but they’re also friendly and efficient. Big fan and highly recommend!

I usually like going here, but the new nail techs are HORRIBLE! My nails broke off less than two weeks after they were done. This never happens with the other nail techs. Plus he made me wait almost an hour just sitting at the nail desk, while another guy was too busy watching YouTube videos on how to do nails…. Seriously?! Very unprofessional
