They advertise that they ship DHL and I drove out of my way to drop off a DHL pre labeled package and the associate said you have to call in advance. That’s not what their website says (that I could dind) and when I said that, the man said you have to call. Very poor service and advertising.

LITERALLY THE BEST PLACE TO GO TO. It’s my go to place and location, I cheated on them once and went to the ups store in auburn on opelika rd (suite 6) and was very disappointed, it reminded me of how much I value pak mail and this location! Thank you to the staff here.

I just moved into a new place and I've had the worst time from start to finish just trying to get stupid internet. It has been a serious nightmare but Long story short, I was in meltdown mode trying to return a device I didn't even order in the first place. At my wits end with 2 minutes to spare, I wondered into this pak mail location. I was greeted by a man named Brandon who assured me that I wasn't a burden though I arrived a mere minutes before closing.. After everything I had gone through he ended that terrible chapter by giving me a simple solution that changed the course of my entire day. Its people who go above and beyond with kindness who have no idea what folks are going through that change people's lives. It may not seem like a big deal but Brandon helped end a week long crisis for me by simply knowing and being good at his job. I recommend this fed ex / packaging location for everything you might need!

The folks at the auburn location are always helpful, pleasant and courteous. They are transparent about their prices and don't try to oversell services.

Great customer service at both Auburn locations - Dean & Moores Mill. Whenever I ship anything I always let the folks package it up at PakMail. I’ve never had an issue and my buyers are surprised at how well items come packaged. A+++ to this store.
