Everyone at Our Home Pharmacy is top notch! They became my preferred pharmacy many years ago. They have, not surprisingly, grown over the years and offer many additional products, services, etc. However, they STILL consistently provide the highest level of customer service. The leadership and staff are all knowledgable, friendly & professional. Yes, the pharmacist,Craig, is wonderful! However, so are all of his staff! Did I mention how quickly they service your request? Definitely deserve more than 5 stars! Thank you Our Home Pharmacy!

Mr. Craig and his staff are absolutely WONDERFUL. The most amazing pharmacy I have ever been to. They always go above and beyond to help, always with smiles on their faces. (Not to mention their coffee and beautiful store is absolutely wonderful too!) Highly, highly recommend Our Home.

Hands down the nicest, most professional people I have ever dealt with. I dealt with three different employees and every single one was kind, genuine and all about making the customer happy. If there was a book on how to treat customers, it would be written by Our Home Pharmacy!!!!!

Every time I go to OHP I am quickly and happily greeted by the staff. They are always attentive. I love the items in their boutique side of the location. They carry clothing, accessories and some home decor. I haven't tried the ice cream yet, but that's on my to-do list! I don't get prescriptions filled there so I don't know what their service is like in that department.

My normal pharmacy couldn’t compound something and it was so easy to send my RX here! When I called, someone picked up immediately and knew what I was talking about. They let me know when they couldn’t get ahold of the other pharmacy so we could both try to call. Hands down best customer service ever!! Very very impressed!

My first visit, gorgeous pharmacy, I didn’t have time to explore all the merchandise or order a coffee. They have a compound pharmacist. That is why I was recommended by the employee pharmacy at Auburn University. The compound pharmacist called to consult with me, about supply, amount and price. I appreciated this since this was out of pocket, no help from BCBS.

Family owned pharmacy with kind and knowledgeable staff. I get my dog's medication compounded here and it's always ready by the end of the day. The drive thru moves fast, unlike most other pharmacy experiences I've had. The inside is super cute with lots of items to shop for while you wait. They even have a fresh coffee bar!

This is hands down the best place to fill meds and shop in Auburn/Opelika area. Everyone is polite and helpful and prompt with all request. It’s very reminiscent of the pharmacy’s that existed when I was a young child and before chain pharmacies took over.I’m thankful for each and every experience I have here and not just being a number.

I had an amazing experience here. I came from Montgomery to get a travel covid test. They were ready and waiting for me. The results were quick. Everyone was so nice and the store is beautiful. I love that there are different gifts and clothing to purchase. I also tried a latte that was made specifically for my tastes desires. It was delicious. They surely make you feel at home. I will definitely come back.

Our Home treats me like family. Dr Craig has gone above and beyond the call of duty on my behalf. Besides my meds the store has beautiful items including clothes I see no where else. I have purchased quite a few. It is a pleasure to visit.

What a pleasant surprise experience. I really enjoyed my chat with the fellow that did my PCR test. I love the old country charm of the store. Everyone was so friendly.
