If I could give lower then 1 star I would. I ordered a part and was told it would be here the next day drove 30 minutes into town and said it wouldn’t be here till the next day. Waited 6 days came back and they said they misplaced it and I would have to reorder it again. When I said I had done been up there twice they just replied “that’s cool”. Terrible service

Bought a battery from them, Edwin installed it really fast and I was on the road almost immediately, he was extremely social and worked very fast!

New lady manager has ruined this store! They are always ordering wrong parts, parts getting stolen/lost when it says delivered and this has happen multiple times. She’s also rude and racist.

Jerome was great! However, the guy who was supposed to be working with him on July 4 wasn't. Jerome called for him twice since there were more people coming into the store, not realizing that the other guy wasn't even there. Then the other guy walked in the front door! I felt bad for Jerome. As soon as Jerome finished with his sale, he came out to assist me. Unfortunately, my battery is off-limits to be changed. But I did meet Jerome, and it was good to meet a guy with such great work ethics. Hold onto him.

Don't ever, EVER buy a battery here! I needed a replacement battery bc mine was still under warranty, and my car was completely dead. The location that sold me the battery informed me that the Auburn store would help me since they're closer to me. The trouble started the moment bridgette the GM picked up the phone. There were a lot of problems trying to get things figured out, but all she did was tell me "no" and not offer any potential solutions to my problem. It got so bad that even when a district manager tried to call, she left them on hold for 20 minutes. After a DAY AND A HALF of going back and forth, the GM from the location that sold me the battery ended up making the 45 min drive to me and switching the battery himself.

After having such a bad experience at store in opelika I decided to go to the store on opelika rd Auburn Al. From the moment I entered the store they was very helpful and polite they got me my battery and was very helpful in installing the battery. This store has great customer service I will only visit this store when I need help.

Stopped by today to get new wipers and a sensor for my Blazer. Cheo was awesome! So helpful (put the wipers on for us) and just an all around great guy. Super helpful and friendly folks.
