I have used these guys before, and they were great. However, I got a new car and wanted to have it detailed. I set up my appointment 2 weeks in advance for my car and another car. I sent a message 5 days before my appointment to let them know the other car would not be available. I received a response that they would adjust. I booked an appointment and they failed to show up! Tried calling and got no answer! Completely unprofessional. Their website says please give them an hour window but they still never showed.

Long story short. They didn’t do what they were scheduled to do. Wasted our day. As another reviewer said, they left us in the dark and ghosted us. We tried reaching out to them in email and they sent us back an email as if they would come out the next day and did not get back to us! We reached back out asking for a confirmed time frame for the next day. Crickets......VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!Service: Auto detailing

There were some scheduling issues at first as others have mentioned, but they offered me a few extras to make up for it and were very apologetic. After all was said and done they did an amazing job, were very professional and I am extremely happy with the job they did for the price I paid. Would definitely recommend!

THEY NEVER SHOWED UP. I called at least 15 times and they never responded or showed up, it was a complete waste of time.

Ok - first, Wesley (I think it was) did a phenomenal job, was on time, and called first. 5/5 for Wesley.I did schedule once before and the other guy never showed up, but today they did amazing on both cars at a reasonable cost. I hope to get the same guy in the future, great work.

Absolutely fabulous experience with On the Go! Nori and Wesley did an amazing job on my SUV. Very reliable, meticulous, great attention to detail and great communication - my car looks brand new - interior and exterior. Will definitely be using them again in the future! 10/10

Were a no show on the day of my girlfriend's scheduled detailing. She called and was told they were having a problem with their generator and would be late. They never showed up and we could not get in touch by phone later that day.Book this company if you want them to:1. Run late and not let you know beforehand.2. Ghost you afterwards, leaving you totally in the dark.

I made three appointments and received three email confirmations. Wesley Lucas eliminated the 8:am. I asked why and he did not respond. Today, he sent a text message to canceled all together 7 minutes before he was supposed to be here at 9:30. There is no rain at all. He should have asked to reschedule the job, but he didn't.
